Anthropic is the American company that develops the AI chatbot Claude. According to reports, she is willing to pay up to 6 billion dollars. But the two companies have not yet finalized the deal, and it might not go through.
Descartes is also developing technology that can create and edit videos in real time. In May, it raised 300 million dollars, reaching a valuation of approximately 4 billion dollars. If Anthropic buys it, this will be Anthropic's largest acquisition and its first in Israel.
