The performances will take place in Jerusalem, as well as in the western Negev and the Galilee. The festival will include original productions and collaborations between artists from Israel and around the world.
The opening event will be the show 'On a Tightrope.' It is a tightrope walking performance. The orchestra 'Jerusalem East and West' will perform in the show.
