The President of Argentina has arrived in Israel

The President of Argentina, Javier Milei, has arrived in Israel for an official visit.
He will meet with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
During the visit, they will announce a direct flight route between Tel Aviv and Buenos Aires, which is expected to start operating this year.
The route will strengthen tourism and economic ties between the countries.
Netanyahu and Milei will sign a series of agreements in the fields of security, economy, and artificial intelligence.

Additionally, they will present a new regional initiative called 'The Yitzhak Accords.' The initiative aims to bring Latin American countries closer to Israel. The United States is also involved and supports the initiative.
On Monday, Milei will meet with the President of Israel, Isaac Herzog. During the meeting, Milei will receive the 'President's Medal.' This is the highest civilian honor in the State of Israel.
On Tuesday, Milei will light a torch at the ceremony inaugurating Independence Day. This is the first time a foreign leader has been chosen to light a torch.
In Israel, Milei is seen as one of the most friendly leaders to the country, and it is hoped that the visit will further deepen cooperation between Israel and Argentina.
