In February 2025, an Israeli content creator spoke in a video with two hospital workers in Australia.
When he mentioned that he was Israeli, the two said very harsh things.

They threatened him. They also said they would kill Israeli patients and refuse to treat them.
The Israeli recorded the conversation and published it. After the publication, authorities charged the two with threats and harassment.
The court initially dismissed the video. The judge ruled that the conversation was recorded without permission.
This decision could have been very problematic. Without the video, it would have been harder to prove what the two said. They might not have been held accountable despite the severe threats.
Now, the appeals court has overturned the decision. It ruled that the full video could be presented in court. This way, the jurors will hear for themselves what the two said.
